Home Delivery Services
Who is eligible for the home delivery services?
This is a free service for people who have mobility, transport, or health problems, long or short-term, which makes getting to the library difficult.
How do I get my books?
We offer a home service at least once a month delivered by a member of our team.
Alternatively, books can be exchanged by a friend or a relative at any time. If you would like the staff to select books for you please give 24 hours notice and the books will be held at reception for you.
What types of books can I get?
We offer a variety of large print books, talking books, and regular print all available in fiction and non-fiction. Guided by your tastes, books are chosen for you or you can request specific books.
How long do I have my books for?
Books are issued for 5 weeks and can be renewed if required.
I'm not a member of the library, is that a problem?
Not at all, we can enroll you for free in just a few steps.
